Requirements for MHHEFA financing include:

*	Must be located in the State of Maine and have 501(c)3 determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service.
*	Must qualify as an eligible institution of higher education or eligible health care facility as outlined in the Authority's enabling statue.
*	Must have revenue and collateral sufficient to cover debt service on the proposed financing.
