Requirements for MHHEFA financing include:

Must be located in the State
of Maine and have 501(c)3 determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service.

Must qualify as an eligible institution of higher education or eligible health
care facility as outlined in the Authority's enabling statue.
*
Must have revenue and collateral sufficient to cover debt service on the
proposed financing.
